Every week the server does the back up automatically by compressing each account and saving Database, Email, Control Panel Configuration and all the relating files. After being compressed, all the separated accounts will be automatically sent to a backup server via SFTP.

Every time, the server will overwrite the previous backup and will dispose a copy which will be updated one time per month.

It is possible to ask for the backup of the previous week or month by writing to the Server Administrator or by opening a ticket.
